Our Facilities are Available for Outside Use
We encourage the use of our buildings all week long. Here is some information you might find useful if you are interested in reserving space.
Touring Our Facilities

Feel free to stop in and take a self guided tour of our Spaulding facility anytime during regular office hours (if you have questions, appointments are suggested contact Michelle Schaal (616) 957-2244. You are also welcome to check out the Spaulding Campus during weekend services. Office hours are 9am-5pm Tuesday-Friday or between Sundays 9:30-noon.

Facility Use Policy (attached)
Our facility use policy includes information regarding building use, permitted activities, available spaces and the approximate number of guests we can accommodate.
Facility Use Form
This form must be filled out and submitted before any reservations are processed. It includes a listing of fees associated with the use of our facilities.
Reservations
Upon receipt of your request, a member of our network services staff will review and process your information. We will contact you promptly with any questions we might have and to confirm plans and fees.
Payment
Final fees will be determined at the time of reservation. A deposit of ½ of the total fee will be required at the time of confirmation in order to secure your reservation.
